You will find many advertisements as you wander around, but it takes a lot of energy and time. If you have the time and money, you can go in search of the villa of your dreams. But you'll need to be patient to find your way through the jungle of seaside properties.

This is why, today, many people put their trust in property hunters.
In a very compartmentalised environment, where not everyone's interests are the same, you need to find the right balance and pay for a property at its fair value. Don't dream, nothing will be given to you as a gift because sellers know the value of their properties. So do we. That's why we want to ensure that you don't overpay for a villa or a flat that will certainly have a price... but not always the price you are quoted.

We know the market and the agencies we deal with. We also know the traps that so-called professionals sometimes set for you.
To avoid falling into the trap, we would like to clear the way for you. For us, working together means sticking to a set of specifications, a budget and a location without losing sight of the economic reality of the situation.

By relying on a property hunter, you allow us to explore the market in the hope of finding the right deal, which will, unfortunately, not remain on the market for long. This is sometimes, and indeed often, no more than three weeks, because you have to make up your mind quite quickly. That's how Spain works, with all its properties for sale. Our goal is to save you time and money.


The three steps

Research

  • Specifications and definition of your property project on the Costa Blanca
  • Search for your villa or flat according to your criteria and your budget
  • Canvassing the entire property market on the Costa Blanca with agencies, individuals, banks and notaries. Visits in order to pre-select the properties you want to take into consideration
  • We identify the properties that might interest you and send you a detailed report (location, price, orientation, surface, swimming pool)
  • Preparation of your stay on site with appointments of the properties to be visited.
  • On the day, we accompany you during the visits and discuss with the potential sellers

Purchase

  • Have you fallen in love with a property? We negotiate with the seller in order to obtain the best quality-price ratio
  • If an agreement is reached, it is time to draw up a reservation offer for the property
  • Administrative checks (land registry, statement of charges, contract for the property)
  • Assistance in obtaining the NIE (identification number for foreigners) from the local authorities
  • Assistance, if necessary, in opening a Spanish bank account with the bank of your choice and an insurance company for your property
  • Validation of the sales agreement
  • Assistance and translation for the signature of the deed of sale with the notary

Assistance

  • You are now the proud owner of a villa or flat on the Costa Blanca. To ensure that everything goes smoothly, we help you with the administrative (electricity, water, gas) and private (telephone, internet) procedures.
  • If you wish to have work done, we can put you in touch with various craftsmen, or even architects or interior decorators. We can also monitor the progress of any work in your absence.
  • And if you need anything, we will always be there to help you settle into your new life.
