Ursula was born in Germany, close to the border with the Netherlands. After extensive studies, she started working in the banking industry in London. She continued this experience in Europe as an interpreter at major European technical and economical fairs and events. In 1995, she decided to settle in Javea where she opened a 5-star hotel which she named Villa Mediterranea, where she was able to make many contacts and get to know the Spanish way of life. Always passionate about real estate and interior design, she now uses her experience and good taste to find quality properties and accompany you on the road to success.
François has spent most of his life in France, more precisely in the Champagne region where he embarked on a career as a journalist with a regional daily newspaper. His passion for cars, travel and the sun took him all over Europe for almost twenty years, particularly to Spain, which is preferred by many manufacturers as a testing ground for their new products during the winter months.
On these travels, he developed a real love for the Iberian Peninsula, to which he returned a few years ago. Denia and now Javea have been major steps in his new life. Today, François brings you his professionalism and communication skills and simply wants to show you that Spain welcomes you with open arms.
